WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We make every effort to ensure you'll love your purchase, however, if this should not be the case, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall inform you how best to return your item. You have 14 days from the receipt of delivery to return your item. It should be returned in the condition it was received in and packaged accordingly. Postage will be at your expense if it is a straightforward return. Please ensure you get evidence of posting!
Should your product arrive damaged please contact us in writing within 24 hrs so we can try and sort this for you. We will let you know how to sort things by email.
All refunds will be processed as soon as possible and we aim to have have this done within 2-3 working days.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We currently accept debit, credit cards and Paypal.
Orders placed must be fully paid for before they are sent out for delivery.
